Overview

Content Engine is committed to respecting your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you.

Who This Applies To

This applies to:

• Authorized operators with credentials tied to our infrastructure
• Visitors to contentenginemx.com who have submitted data via contact forms
• Anyone whose data may have been incidentally collected through our operations

This does NOT apply to:

• Viewer data held by YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook (request deletion directly from those platforms)
• Public comments or interactions on our channels (managed by the respective platform)

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to legal@contentenginemx.com with:

• Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
• Your name and contact information
• Description of what data you would like deleted
• Verification of your identity (if applicable)

What Happens Next

1. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
2. We will verify your identity and the scope of the request
3. We will process the deletion within 30 calendar days
4. We will send confirmation when deletion is complete

Limitations

We may be unable to delete data in the following cases:

• Data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records)
• Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you

In such cases, we will explain why and identify any data we cannot delete.
